Brief Description: PREPPED RIBS FOR HORIZONTAL STABILIZER
1) After laying out the parts for the horizontal stabilizer I went to work straightening all the ribs and prepped them for priming and assembly 3) Used a sharpie and a piece of angled aluminum to mark my registration lines on the ribs. 4) IT IS EVIDENT IN IMAGE # 3 THAT THE RIBS ARE NOT YET STRAIGHTENED 5) I used a commercial flat stone to straignten the ribs on. This particular stone was calibrated to within 1,000,000 of an inch. I,m sure thats an overkill, but it is nice to know that they are as straight as I can get them. As you can see in image three, it still needs a little tweeking.
